I fully understand that every one has different needs and expectations but below is a rough guide to how I work.

• A free no obligation consultation for me to understand your needs, to discuss all the options and for me to provide you with a quote - please contact me.
• If you like what you see and wish to go ahead then we can arrange a second meeting to finalise details and agree on a completion date, so I can begin work on your new website.
• I will purchase the domain name (if you don't already have one) on your behalf, as well as your hosting package.
• If necessary, once the website is ready to go live, I will show you a demonstration of how your new website works. When you are happy I will 'push the button'.
• I will hand the website over to your possession.

I will offer you the option for me to maintain your site for you. This will include me being on call for any problems or questions you may have regarding your website, and for any changes to the website you would like made. A small monthly retainer will be charged for this additional service.

No one knows your business or project better than you do so it is important that all of the wording you would like included in your website comes from you personally. Website copy is often an after thought when designing a website, but it is vital to the success of your site that your wording flows and that it is informative.
