I have worked in various areas of marketing, including sales, web production, media buying, web analytics, and now specifically organic growth.

I have experienced first hand, the massive disconnect between traditional marketing teams and product teams, resulting in inefficient media spends and data silos.

As a result of this disconnect I have developed a passion for improving user experience and ROI through data and experimentation. I believe that every organisation with the right level of traffic to their digital platform(s), should have a deeply rooted data driven testing culture, to drive product decisions from acquisition through to retention.
